Luna 101: How to Care for Your Desktop Dog
Luna is a Tamagotchi-style pet that lives on your desktop. Her needs decay over time — keep her happy, fed, and clean to earn ⭐ points and unlock new games and accessories.
The 6 Needs
Luna's needs decay naturally over time. Hover over her to see the status meters. If multiple needs drop critically low, she'll run away — so check in on her regularly.
Feed Treats
Drops steadily over time. Right-click Luna and select 🦴 Feed Treat to toss her a snack. Eating too many treats in a row will make her need a potty break.
Play and Pet
Drops when she's idle for too long. Play any mini-game or rub her head back and forth with your cursor to boost her mood.
Rest
Drains as she walks and plays. When exhausted, she'll crawl into her doghouse to sleep. Recovers fully while resting.
Head Rubs
Decays over time if you ignore her. Move your cursor back and forth over her head to pet her. Walking together in Follow mode also helps.
Potty Breaks
Fills up over time and after eating. Click 💦 Potty Breakpreventively to earn points. If you wait too long, she'll have an accident on the floor.
Clean Up
Drops when there's poop or puddles on the floor. Click 🧹 Clean Up to tidy up. Cleaning within 30 seconds earns bonus points.
Preventive Potty
The potty button is a skill check — the better your timing, the more points you earn. Click it before her bladder gets too low for the best reward. No mess, no puddle. But if you ignore it entirely and her bladder hits zero, she'll have an accident on the floor and you'll lose points.
Do Not Disturb
Need to focus? Click 🏠 Go to Bed (DND) and Luna will tuck herself into her doghouse. She'll sleep quietly without wandering across your screen until you wake her up with the 🔔 Wake Up button.
Runaway
If 4 or more of her needs drop below critical levels, Luna runs away off-screen. You'll lose points. Use the 🔔 Wake Up / Call Back button to bring her home. Keep her needs in check to avoid this.
